Mikalyn Trinca Colonel

Hello there! my name is Mikalyn. I am an Environmental Scientist and activist from Vancouver BC, Canada. I have a passion for nature, wildlife, and conservation.  Without the ability to explore the world as freely as we used to due to COVID-19 I have channeled my passion for the outdoors into my artwork. I created Black Salt Illustrations in order to share my wildlife inspired art while also raising awareness for ecology and conservation efforts. ​
